Commercial Closing Experience

Sunbelt has handled closings and financing for some of the most recent significant projects in Northwest Louisiana, including the financing and refinancing for two of the area's casinos and the construction of the two newest shopping centers in the area as well as other commercial projects such as the construction lending, refinancing and/or sale of apartment complexes, automobile dealerships, hospitals, manufacturing facilities, office buildings, motels, warehouses, and agricultural land. We are experienced in drafting closing documents and Title Insurance Policies and Endorsements to give lenders, buyers, and lessees the protection and title insurance coverage they need.

Residential Closing Experience

Sunbelt maintains an active residential closing practice on behalf of realtors and mortgage lenders in this area. Sunbelt is an approved closing agent for all of the major residential lenders in the Shreveport/Bossier area.
